Kim Hidalgo
Biography
Kim Hidalgo grew up in Walnut Creek, California. She started dancing at the age of three, which eventually led her to acting. While in High School, Kim was captain of the school’s Dance Production and an active member of both student government and drama. Kim Hidalgo grew up in Walnut Creek, California. While in High School, Kim was captain of the school’s Dance Production and an active member of both student government and drama. After graduating high school with honors, she moved to Los Angeles to attend USC on a partial academic scholarship, and recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from USC's Annenberg School for Communication. While focusing on her studies, Kim was seen by a talent manager at a workshop who insisted on representing her. Within months, she was booking both TV and commercial roles.
After two auditions and a screen test, she got her first feature film role as the female lead, Annie, in "Ball Don’t Lie" opposite streetball legend Grayson "The Professor" Boucher. The two were supported by a strong ensemble cast including Nick Cannon, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, Rosanna Arquette, Emilie de Ravin and Oscar Nominee Melissa Leo. "Ball Don't Lie" premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and is set to be released in 2011. Check the trailer out at www.3stonesback.com.
Kim's next feature film role was as Andrea Stevens in "To Save a Life," which she shot five weeks in Oceanside, CA.
